Dual Ware - Metro

Dual Ware Metro specialises in co-packing dry goods and industrial products. The factory is well equipped with conveyor lines and auxiliary equipment to efficiently process small and large orders. The factory is climate controlled with a cleanroom and on site warehouse facilities. Site space is available to handle shipping containers or semi-loaders, ensuring efficient turnaround times. Dual Ware Industries is proud of its reputation to provide excellence in project management, logistics, customer support and account management.

Dual Ware Regional

Dual Ware Regional provides co-packing services to multi-nationals such as Campbell's Soup, Unilever, Pental Soap and SPC. The factory is equipped with conveyor transfer, bundle wrappers and material handling equipment.

Other services offered:

  • Assembly: Traditional top quality wooden clothes airers are assembled by Dual Ware and distributed nationally through Mitre10, the DANKS hardware group, and interstate agents.
  • Mail outs: Service provides high volume automated envelope inserter and sealer - machine fed magazine sleeve/bag heat sealed covers - data base and post office mail management - bar code labels.
  • Printing: Using screen printers and a large format ink jet printer, we can print on a range of different materials including core-flute, cardboard, wood and textiles. Our core business is printing for our range of box packaging.
  • Customised labels: We can design and print labels for wine bottles and a range of other products. The full colour labels are roll-fed and the process is delivered straight from the software, eliminating the need for printing plates. It is economical to run quantities from 100 to 2000 labels for business promotions or special occasions. You have the option to purchase the label only or have our assembly team apply them to your product.
  • Print services: Our design studio is equipped with Adobe Photoshop Illustrator to convert your existing artwork or new ideas. When it comes to screen printing we are completely self sufficient, producing the frames, mesh stretching and exposure of the print plates, all done in-house.
  • Packaging: The platen die cutter is used for box making and a range of materials such as, paper board, plastic or leather.
  • Packaging assembly: To complete the box making cycle we offer a box erecting option, using a range of air tools, jigs and machinery.
  • Packaging compliance: All packaging produced by Dual Ware is compliant with commercial requirements. Our materials are fully recyclable
  • Logistics: Dual Ware has long-standing contracts with local carriers who deliver throughout Australia.
