Facilitation and Planning

Facilitation and Planning service supports people with disability who want to explore their goals, expand their opportunities and enjoy community life. We work with you on a short term basis to develop an Individualised Support Package (ISP) that meets your current and future needs. Your goal may be as specific as learning to drive or as complex as reviewing your overall support needs. We can also support you to put together a comprehensive funding proposal for your ISP.

Case Management

Our Case Management service works with you and your family to support your goals and aspirations.  This service is available to people with disability and complex health conditions.

Community Access

Central to a person’s health and well-being is 'living well' or maintaining a good quality of life. Our Community Access service can contribute to your ability to 'live well' by offering the following services.

Day Options

Our Day Options service provides support and opportunities for adults with disability to take part in a range of community group or individual programs that meet their educational, vocational, recreational and therapeutic goals.

Eastern Region Communication Service

Our Eastern Region Communication Service (ERCS) provides a range of communication supports to people with complex communication needs living in the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

Our service includes speech pathology and/or training and skill development. We also work at a community level to promote inclusion and enhance independence and choice.

Independent Living Centre

Our Independent Living Centres are large displays of aids and equipment which can be viewed and trialed in actual working environments. Therapists are also available to give advice and demonstrations to ensure that you can find the equipment that best suits your needs.

Electronic Communication Devices Scheme

The Victorian Aids and Equipment Program’s Electronic Communication Devices Scheme is a state-wide service which supports people with disability, who have no speech or speech that is difficult to understand, buy speech generating devices and software. The Scheme can also support the purchase of specialised equipment to make it physically easier to use speech-generating devices.

Community Farm

Our Community Farm is a complex located on 22 hectares of land to the east of Benalla. It features a variety of training and meeting spaces with full kitchen facilities and can be used by groups on a short or long term basis. The Farm was established to provide a community space where a variety of activities can take place. It aims to create and support life learning, in a safe rural environment, encouraging people to connect through community participation.
