Our Independent Living Centres are large displays of aids and equipment which can be viewed and trialed in actual working environments. Therapists are also available to give advice and demonstrations to ensure that you can find the equipment that best suits your needs.
The Victorian Aids and Equipment Program’s Electronic Communication Devices Scheme is a state-wide service which supports people with disability, who have no speech or speech that is difficult to understand, buy speech generating devices and software. The Scheme can also support the purchase of specialised equipment to make it physically easier to use speech-generating devices.
Our Community Learning and Living service supports adults with disability to enhance their quality of life. We focus on assessment, therapy, independence and empowerment. Our service is available statewide and delivered in-home as well as in the wider community.
Yooralla Library provides a wide range of information and resources on disability for all Victorians.
