What is Yooralla's Privacy Statement?
Yooralla strongly believes that the right to privacy of people who use our services must be respected and we embrace the National Privacy Principles, the Information Privacy Principles, the Health Privacy Principles and the Commonwealth and Victorian information privacy laws.
Yooralla has therefore developed a written privacy policy document called "Yooralla's Information Privacy Policy". It describes how we manage personal information we need to collect about our consumers and other persons dealing with us in order to provide services to Victorian children and adults living with a disability.
Our policy tells you what:
- guides us when we collect personal information
- we must do before we can use or disclose personal information
- choices you have about giving us personal information
- rights you have to access and correct personal information
- rights you have to complain about our handling of your personal information
