Day Options
Our Day Options service provides support and opportunities for adults with disability to take part in a range of community group or individual programs that meet their educational, vocational, recreational and therapeutic goals.
All our facilities are close to public transport and community facilities.
We provide
Day Services
Support young adults with disability to transition to an adult lifestyle through a range of specialised programs such as travel training, computer access, menu planning, yoga and Key Word Sign.
Our facilities all have fully equipped therapy rooms for speech pathology, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. We also have purpose built computer, multimedia, Internet and new technologies rooms, general purpose spaces and kitchen and meals areas.
Personalised Services (formerly known as Pathfinder and ISP Services)
A one to one service supporting school leavers to identify and follow their personal goals. This is done in two ways:
- If you already have a personalised plan then we work with you to find the appropriate supports you need to follow it.
- If you do not have a plan then we can work with you to develop one.
SteppinOut
Provides recreational and vocational activities for adults with intellectual disability. Activities offered include day trips, music therapy, art and craft as well as support to develop daily living skills.
Our facility is located in Mont Albert North and has been developed with general purpose areas, personal care facilities and a well-equipped kitchen and meals area. There is also a large outdoor space to enjoy.
Home and Community Approach
Supports older adults to work towards greater independence through support and training at home and in community facilities.
