Yooralla currently employs a dedicated team of over 1800 people across Victoria in a variety of roles supporting people with disability. These roles include; disability support workers, attendant carers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, nurses, case managers, early intervention teachers and assistants, recreation workers and trainers.
The majority of our roles involve working directly with people with disability. However, we also have a wide range of other interesting roles in areas like; administration, finance, public relations, fundraising, sales, IT, payroll and human resources.

We are committed to providing learning and development opportunities that enhance the capability of our employees. We do this through:

Pay rates and salaries
When you work with us your pay rate will be determined by the award or agreement relevant to your position.
As a registered not for profit organisation, we are able to offer salary packaging to most of our permanent staff. If you participate in our salary packaging program, you can make substantial savings on the amount of tax you pay, leaving more money in your pocket.
Eligible employees are able to sacrifice up to $16,050 of their gross salary. This means they pay no tax on this amount.
We can also offer additional packaging on meals and accommodation.
