We aim to deal with complaints as quickly as possible.

Your complaint will be acknowledged immediately if your complaint is in person or by telephone. We will reply within three working days of receiving a written complaint. We will keep you informed of progress and will let you know if there will be delays while we seek out more information. In most instances we aim to resolve complaints within 21 business days.

We classify and analyse complaints every two months to identify recurring problems and issues, with a view to continuous improvement. This information is reported to Yooralla’s Service Delivery and Quality Board sub-committee.
