Just received your NDIS Plan and want to use Yooralla to deliver your supports?

When you contact us we will discuss what you have in your plan and how we can help. We will then organise a Service Agreement, which customers must sign before we can provide support services.
One of the most important things you need to know once you have your NDIS plan is that you should start using it straight away, because any existing funding you receive will finish from the date your NDIS plan is approved.
If you want to keep using Yooralla for your supports, you also need to let us know that you have an approved NDIS plan so we can set up a Service Agreement with you. Then you can start receiving your NDIS supports.
