Staying true to their long-running yearly tradition, Yooralla customers and friends John and Kelly (pictured) celebrated this year’s Australia Day at a twilight concert organised by their local council.
Held at the Whitehorse Civic Centre in Nunawading, the Whitehorse City Council’s free concert featured former The Voice contestant, Michael Paynter, singer Michelle Serret and bands Chocolate Starfish and ACDShe.
John said as they do every year, the duo had a lot of fun. He said his favourite part of the celebration was spending time with his good friend Kelly, who he has known for more than 12 years.
