Foundation and Impact programs
Yooralla's Foundation and Impact Programs are structured one-year programs for people with intellectual disability, focusing on building job skills, exploring career options and diving into hands-on work experience. The programs are designed prepare you for employment with one of our employer partners or to support you to pursue other life goals.
Our Foundation Program is designed for 16-22 year olds, supporting you to build confidence, develop life and employment skills and create a pathway to meaningful employment or increased independence. Yooralla's Impact Program is for you if you’re ready to dive into hands-on work experience and classroom job skills training – your pathway to landing a role with our employer partners.
Social Enterprises
Choose this pathway if you want to learn new skills, earn an award wage and work in a fun, supportive outdoor environment.

Supported Employment
