What is Community Access Support?

At Yooralla, we believe in empowering individuals with disabilities to live the life they choose.

Community Access Support helps you engage with the community, participate in social and recreational activities, and build essential life and work skills. These services are flexible, person-centred, and tailored to your needs, helping you live more independently while connecting with your local community.

Whether you want to get involved in educational programs, attend social events, volunteer, or access transport, our Community Access Support Services are here to help. With support provided through Community Access Hubs, your home, or other places you choose, we work in partnership with you to achieve your goals.

"Over my time at Yooralla, I’ve learnt some very important job skills that eventually enabled me to get my job. I’m really enjoying my new job and without Yooralla this wouldn’t have been possible! - Lucy, Yooralla Community Hubs client.
