Fees

All entry fees, accommodation, food and activity costs are covered by the participant and their family. We provide service to people who have NDIS and fee for service funding. Staffing costs are billed separately, in line with NDIS price guide for flexible Core Supports.

Important information

  • Activities and program times may change due to weather, ticket availability, transport, participants and staff attendance. If this happens, you will be notified.
  • Please only express interest in activities suitable and appropriate for the person you support - considering their wants, needs and interests.
  • If you are booking into an activity that requires a pre-paid ticket or program cost, you are confirming that you have agreed to paying any out-of-pocket costs that have been outlined in your booking confirmation once received. You will be invoiced directly for this cost and will not be required to supply money on the day.
  • Prices of programs may change slightly due to online booking fees. If there is an increase in price you will be notified.
  • You will need a Yooralla Community Inclusion Service Agreement that includes flexible Core Support funding. If you do not have this, please get in contact with us to support you with this process.
What happens if my child, or the person I support, can no longer attend a program they've been booked in for?

We understand things can change! As soon as you're aware your child can no longer attend, please get in touch with us:

  • If you become unable to attend a program that you have pre-purchased a ticket for, any refunds will be in line with relevant activity venue cancellation policies.
  • If you're unable to attend a program that you are booked in for, you need to notify us seven (7) days before to avoid being charged 100% of the program support cost, as per NDIS guidelines.

What to bring

  • weather appropriate clothing and footwear,
  • public transport is used in our School Holiday programs, so please bring a valid Myki card and money to top-up if necessary,
  • water bottle and lunch, or money to purchase lunch, and
