Short-Term Accommodation (Respite)

A place to go for a break, some fun and to meet friends

Respite, also known as short-term accommodation, is also an opportunity for people with disability, family or carers to take a short break from their daily routine.

Respite, enables people with disability to be independent and achieve their goals in a supported environment.

Yooralla’s respite accommodation is a great place to meet people, enjoy activities and have the support of fully qualified staff to support your daily living needs.

Our homes are purpose-built, fully accessible and fitted with appropriate assistive technologies and supported by highly trained and qualified staff.

Guests can stay for a day, overnight, a weekend or a few weeks. Stays can be for a planned rest or for an emergency visit, they may be regular or occasional.
