There is accessible off-street parking available at the site and ample, free on-street parking bays for overflow traffic.
The closest train station Chatham, is an 8 minute walk to the Community Access Hub you can access this station via the Belgrave or Lilydale trains.

How to get started

Step 1
Browse our list of Hubs on our Find a Community Hub page and locate a Hub you are interested in attending. Each page has information about the types of supports and focus areas for each location. We can work with you to tailor a program to your individual goals, needs and interests to enhance your life skills, independence and wellbeing.

Step 2 – Book in a visit
The best way to know whether a Community or Learning Hub is a good fit for you is to pay us a visit! Once you’ve found a Community Hub near you, you can book in a free tour and chat to us to meet our staff and clients, see what activities are on offer, ask about anything else you may want to do, and to get familiar with the location.

Our current Surrey Hills Community Access Hub program is just an indication of the types of learning, social, active, community access and fun activities you may want to do through our Community Access Hub. For every three clients at Surrey Hills Community Access Hub in our group programs, we generally have one staff member. Our staff are trained in meal-time assistance, epilepsy and diabetes management, mediation administration, asthma, enteral meal support and positive behaviour support/behaviour of concern.
Yooralla also offers 1:1 support for people to participate in our Community Access Hubs and Recreation services through our Assistance with Daily Life service. This could range from support to get ready for the day, to support for you to attend a Surrey Hills Community Access Hub program or community activity
