Before moving forward, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential housemate and discuss whether the home feels right for you.

Yooralla currently provides Supported Independent Living support at the property.

Shared support is available 24 hours a day, including sleepover support overnight. Active overnight support funding is not required.

Residents are involved in decisions about their support arrangements.

This home may be suitable for someone who:

• is aged 18 years or over;
• has Improved Liveability or Basic SDA funding;
• has suitable funding for their daily living supports;
• enjoys some social connection while also valuing personal space; and
• can pay rent, utilities and other agreed household costs.

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is the SDA provider.

Rent is equivalent to 25% of the Disability Support Pension, plus Commonwealth Rent Assistance. Applicable SDA funding is also payable through your NDIS plan.

The home is centrally located in Kew, with:
