Residents can bring their own core supports. Any change to the onsite SIL provider would need agreement from the existing residents.

 

Eligibility

This home may be suitable if you have:

  • Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability SDA funding;
  • funding for active overnight support; and
  • appropriate funding for your daily living supports.

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is the SDA provider.

Rent is equivalent to 25% of the Disability Support Pension, plus Commonwealth Rent Assistance. Your SDA funding is paid separately through your NDIS plan.
