Your opportunity to provide feedback on the NDIS myplace Participant Portal

The NDIS are seeking NDIS participants and their carers to complete a survey on their experience of the myplace Participant Portal.

Through this online survey, the NDIS would like to better understand:

• how you currently use the portal
• what you like and don’t like about the portal, and
• what portal improvements you might like to see in the future.

The survey is also open to those who do not use the myplace Participant Portal, as the NDIS are also interested in understanding the reasons why participants and nominees don’t use the portal.

You can complete the survey online in approximately 10-15 minutes, with responses remaining anonymous and helping to inform the future improvements to the portal.
