About Specialist Supervision

Supporting people with disability is both rewarding and purposeful, yet the complexity of the work can sometimes leave practitioners feeling isolated or stretched. Our supervision services are designed for allied health practitioners working in disability who may not have access to scope-specific supervision. This includes:

  • Sole traders and small practices
  • (Not-for-profit) organisations where supervision may not be available or be provided by practice leads rather than discipline-specific supervisors
  • Practitioners seeking tailored guidance to strengthen skills, confidence, and reflective practice

What we do

We provide specialist clinical supervision, professional development, and consultation to allied health practitioners who support people with disability.

  • Our service is designed to fill the gap where supervision is limited or unavailable, offering access to:
  • Discipline-specific supervision across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Counselling and Specialist Behaviour Support
  • Consultation sessions for targeted advice on areas such as AAC, mealtime planning, complex behaviour support, equipment prescription, or daily living supports
  • A neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that builds reflective practice and professional confidence

Supervision and consultation can be one-off, short-term, or ongoing designed to suit both individuals and organisations. Our agreements are simple and flexible designed to support you.
