The Australian Government is currently seeking public feedback on the recently drafted lists of NDIS supports, that detail what will and won’t be funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Seeking feedback on draft NDIS support lists

These draft lists are an important component of a proposed amendment to the NDIS Act 2013, designed to enable more flexible planning and new budget setting arrangements for NDIS participants, and have been developed based on current guidance and practices.

The Department of Social Services (DSS) is encouraging the disability community to provide feedback on the lists to help shape the future of the NDIS and ensure it continues to meet the needs of those it serves. Public input is vital to ensure that these lists accurately reflect the needs and preferences of the community.

How to provide feedback

You can provide feedback by completing the online survey using the link below, by emailing DSS, requesting a call back, or sending your feedback by post:

The consultation period is open until 18 August 2024.
