Survey on the uptake and impact of Government recommendations about COVID-19

Yooralla’s research partners, Monash University are wanting to identify better ways to deliver public health information during a pandemic to people living with a disability and their carers.

If you are a person with disability or a carer, you are invited to take part in a survey to provide your feedback about your experiences during the pandemic.

The survey consists of 18 questions about your personal circumstances, six videos and up to three questions before and after each video.

The first 40 people who complete the whole survey will receive a $50 gift card to thank you for your time which will be sent to you via email or post.

Your survey responses will remain confidential and you will not be identified in any survey data shared with Monash University unless you agree to this.
