What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is an NDIS support, providing funds for people to live in specially designed SDA houses.
Depending on the property, you may be able to live on your own or with other people with disability.
This is funded separately to Supported Independent Living (SIL). SIL funds the supports you need in your home and SDA funds the physical home you live in.

We also offer Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) supports in Box Hill and Glenroy. These homes are warm, inviting and centrally-located. If you have MTA funded in your NDIS plan and need a place to live while you’re waiting for your permanent home, we can help you.
