Once you have received your NDIS plan, there are a few steps to follow to implement it. Yooralla has created a new video to show the different ways we can support you with this.
Here’s a quick overview of the steps to follow to begin using your NDIS plan:
- View your plan online, using the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant portal.
- Speak to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC), NDIS planner or Support Coordinator to help you start using your plan.
- Choose and connect with the service providers that you would like to deliver your supports. Find out more about the services Yooralla provides.
- Sign Service Agreements with your chosen providers.
Then your NDIS plan is underway!
