For people with disability aged 18+ who would like to take part in educational, recreational, creative, social and workplace skills activities.
Community hubs and meeting places are based across Victoria. Participate in person or online. Your program can be tailored to your interests to enhance your life skills, independence and wellbeing.

Where are the hubs?
Melbourne Metro: Macey Heights, Fawkner, St Alban’s, Footscray
Suburban: Ferntree Gully, Box Hill, Balwyn, Noble Park, Surrey Hills, Broadmeadows
Regional: Wangaratta, Leongatha, Drouin, Benalla, Mansfield
Can I attend more than one Hub?
Change from one Hub to another or attend a number of different Hubs on a part-time basis.
When can I attend a Community Hub?
Attend your local Hub for as many days a week as you like and choose activities you like.
'Come and Try' Sessions
Did you know we offer ‘Come and Try’ sessions at all of our Community Hubs? Come and meet the staff and clients and take part in an activity at no cost. If there is something you would like to do but don’t see it on our list of activities, we can design new programs based on your interests.
