How we safeguard people with disability
Yooralla reinforces the highest level of quality and safeguards to all staff through our ongoing extensive training that focusses on the rights of people with disability. This training is provided at induction and reinforced through ongoing training. It applies to staff that directly support people with disability, and those in back office roles, so that the entire workforce has a culture of safeguarding.
Training is implemented both face-to-face as well as through online eLearning tools. Our training courses include the following:
