Palliative care information
Palliative care is a compassionate and holistic approach to supporting individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
It aims to maintain a person’s quality of life by managing pain and symptoms, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs. The focus is on enhancing the overall quality of life, for as long as possible.
If you would like to discuss options for palliative care or wish to be connected to palliative care services you can contact the Disability Health team by emailing disability.health@yooralla.com.au
